Our mission at Shaypes Lifestyle is simple: Empower our future generation with the tools they need to build confidence and a strong foundation for unshakeable health and wellbeing. Through movement, mindset and nutrition, we create a supportive space where students can discover their inner strength, develop life skills, and step into a future filled with possibility.

Our Program
Our Mind, Body & Soul Coaching Program meets students where they are—helping them feel strong, confident, and in control of their future. Each workshop we host includes aspects of all three of our life pillars: Mind, Body and Soul. Each pillar fosters important practices that are near and dear to our hearts, activities for anyone, no matter their age or stage of life. We offer Ongoing Programs for trackable progress and One-Time “A la Carte” workshops— ensuring to engage and highlight your community’s needs.

Our curriculum is designed with your center in mind and is customizable based on your student’s needs and interests. Whether you are looking for a one time workshop or an ongoing Mind, Body & Soul program, we got you covered! Each time we meet, we will do a deep dive into a highlighted topic or practice under Mind, Body, or Soul. No matter our main focus, we always weave in all three pillars for a full Shaypes experience. Whether it's a strength training class with a mindset warm-up and a post-workout snack, or a nutrition session paired with movement and affirmations, every class delivers meaningful, hands-on wellness. Mindset

This calming class is for everyone! Shaypes provides a mindful workshop where we focus on breathing techniques and guided practices. We provide our students moments of peace and clarity while learning ways to manage stress, regulate emotions, and feel more in control of their thoughts.

Students will create their own powerful “I Am” statements and learn to rewire their brain by speaking life into themselves daily. Positive Affirmations will boost confidence and shift subconscious negative thinking into personal power.

Guided creative time to visualize and map out their goals, dreams, and the kind of person they want to become. A tangible reminder that their future is in their hands.

In this workshop we prioritize potential and encourage our future generation to dream. We will break down common limiting beliefs and reframe them with powerful truths. Kids learn how to flip self-doubt into self-belief through group discussion, keepsake activities and rewarding challenges. Everyone deserves to know how great they are.
Movement

This high-energy fitness circuit blends functional movement, partner drills, and fun games designed to get hearts pumping and confidence rising. Students will move, sweat, and cheer each other on—building strength, teamwork, and the belief that they’re capable of anything. It’s more than a workout—it’s a celebration of movement, community, and self-belief.

This workshop teaches easy-to-learn foundational techniques for all thing boxing and kickboxing related. Students will learn how to hone in on their skills, focus on mind to muscle connection and express themeselves through unshakable confidence and strength.

A movement-based workshop focused on stability, coordination, and body awareness. Through yoga-inspired flows, balance challenges, and controlled movement, students tap into focus, build confidence, and connect with their bodies in an empowering way. It’s all about feeling grounded, strong, and in sync—inside and out.

A friendly fitness competition packed with mini challenges like jumping jacks, wall sits, and agility drills—designed to boost energy, build confidence, and bring serious team spirit. It’s playful, high-energy, and all about celebrating movement, effort, and cheering each other on.
Nutrition

In this hands-on class, students dive into basic nutrition while learning how to take their favorite fast foods and give them a Shaypes-style upgrade. From burgers to snacks, they’ll explore how simple, healthy swaps can fuel their bodies without sacrificing flavor. Each student gets to create their own “remix” of a popular snack, gaining kitchen confidence and a deeper understanding of how to eat for energy, focus, and fun!

In this interactive grocery-style game, students become savvy shoppers as they learn how to read nutrition labels and ingredient lists. With hands-on challenges and fun food finds, they’ll uncover what’s really in everyday products—gaining the skills to make smarter, healthier choices and spot sneaky ingredients. It’s a fun way to build lifelong awareness around what we put in our bodies!

Using only Shaypes Approved ingredients, they’ll craft their own unique dishes and snacks—some ingredients will blend beautifully, while others might throw in an unexpected twist. This class brings out teamwork, confidence, and boldness in the kitchen, all while learning the basics of balance, flavor, and fueling your body the smart way.
